In fact, Amazon has recently created a Bio-design dome just for its employees because of the specific benefits of which you are about to learn. It used to be that people would go to work for a company and remain there throughout their career. Now, “careers” lasts on average just five years. Why?

Our health, happiness, and productivity decrease significantly. While at the same time our mental stress, agitation, and feelings of isolation increase. For businesses that usually means a significant decline in our bottom-line.
Yet, there are just a few simple steps that we could take today to turn things around that also have profound results in terms of increased revenue and brand recognition because people will love being at your place of business. Here is how to get started…
View of Nature
If it is possible at your location, make full use of any windows that can give you a view of the outdoors. If it’s not, don’t worry. Keep reading because I have some simple alternatives for you.
Sight and Sound of Water
You can go as elaborate as your location allows, but a simple table fountain will do the trick nicely.
Cross Ventilation Cooling and Heating
Open those windows if you can and let in some fresh air. If that is not possible in your location, you can simply add a portable air heating/cooling fan that also cleans the air at the same time.
Natural Lighting
Our bodies crave natural light. There was a trend for a short while for stores to dimly light their stores and the result was a significant drop in sales. In recent years there has been a growing trend towards expansive skylights and huge windows in many commercial buildings and even grocery stores.
Indoor Bio-Design Eco-systems
If you don’t have large windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors, bring it inside. Many indoor plants are proficient air cleaners, produce fresh oxygen, and neutralize negative ions produced by our electronics.
